Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic rubber composition having excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, sufficient mechanical strength and elasticity, while having excellent abrasion resistance and sliding characteristics. SOLUTION: The acrylic rubber composition includes: 100 pts.mass of an acrylic copolymer rubber containing, as copolymer components, 60-98.9 mass% of one or more kinds of unsaturated monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid alkyl ester and acrylic acid alkoxyalkyl ester and 1.0-30 mass% of one or more kinds of polysiloxanes selected from the group consisting of a polysiloxane having at least one acryloyl group in the molecule and a polysiloxane having at least one methacryloyl group in the molecule and 0.1-20 mass% of an incomplete ester of ethylenic unsaturated polyvalent carboxylic acid; and 0.1-20 pts.mass of a polyfunctional amine cross-linking agent.
