PROGRAM AND UNIT ALLOCATION PLAN PREPARATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a unit allocation plan using a computer. SOLUTION: A node indicating an event of a unit on the train operation is prepared by executing the processing for extracting an arrival node and a departure node according to a train diagram, the processing for setting an initial detention node and a final detention node according to a vehicle operation plan, and the processing for listing a retention node according to station attributes. An arc connecting nodes having transition possibility of the unit out of the prepared nodes is prepared based on the train diagram and the station attributes. The unit allocation plan for achieving a train diagram is prepared by appropriating, for each of the prepared nodes, the unit allocation number of 0 or more so that a predetermined constraint condition is satisfied, and the total of the penalty value of each running arc becomes minimum.
