PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relate again changed image processing control information and image data to each other. SOLUTION: An image processing control information obtaining function portion 21 retrieves image processing control information GI that is related to image data GD and sends it to an image processing control information understanding function portion 22. The image processing control information understanding function portion 22 understands the received image processing control information GI and sends it to an image processing function portion 24 as a predetermined value of each parameter for adjusting image quality. The image processing function portion 24 executes an image processing for the image data GD in accordance with the predetermined value of each of the received parameters. If the predetermined value of a parameter is changed, the image processing function portion 24 updates the image processing control information GI based on the change.
