DATA TRANSMITTING APPARATUS, DATA RECEIVING APPARATUS AND DATA TRANSFER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting apparatus, a data receiving apparatus and a data transfer system in which power consumption can be reduced by reducing a bit change rate of transmission data more than a prior art. SOLUTION: The data transmitting apparatus includes: a change bit data generating section for generating a plurality of change bit data which indicates whether or not the value of each of bits in data to be transmitted the present time is changed from the value of each of bits in a plurality of pattern data having predetermined number of bits; a selection section for comparing transmission data of the previous time with each of the plurality of change bit data to select the change bit data having the least number of bits from which a value is changed as transmission data for the present time; and a transmission section for transmitting the transmission data for the present time selected by the selection section and transmitting a code having number of bits smaller than the predetermined number of bits indicating pattern data corresponding to the transmission data for the present time.
