TERMINAL APPARATUS, SERVER APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR MANAGING INSTALLATION POSITION OF COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus and a server apparatus, capable of quickly and properly carrying out registration of installation position of the communication equipment without requiring human resources even when the communication equipment is installed to any installation position, and thereby, capable of easily specifying the installation position in case of failure of the communication equipment or the like, and to provide a method of managing installation position of communication equipment. SOLUTION: In a mobile terminal MT, when a QR code is inputted at installation position of IP-PBX equipment BTA, whether or not a signal from, for example, a GPS satellite ST can be received is determined. When the signal from the GPS satellite ST cannot be received, map information surrounding the IP-PBX equipment BTA is acquired from a site on a network NW. A position registration request including the position information and the QR code is transmitted to a maintenance center MC via the network NW and a service production center SC.
