Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the insulating property, heat resistance, mechanical physical property, etc., of an insulating component and also reduce the viscosity of an insulating material (insulating polymeric component) to improve productivity, thus improve the reliability of an insulating product. SOLUTION: An insulating material at least made of an insulating polymeric element is subject to three-dimensional bridging by heat to produce an insulating composition, which is used as an insulating component of voltage equipment. The insulating polymeric element is made of a vegetable oil, such as linseed oil, and is provided as an epoxidized vegetable oil ester obtained by epoxidizing a fatty acid in the form of the esterified vegetable oil. An element other than the epoxidized vegetable oil ester is provided, for example, by properly blending a filler (silica, etc.), a hardener (polyphenol), and a hardening accelerator (imidazole).
