Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a start time when an optical disk 100 is loaded in an information recording and reproduction device 200 using an optical disk 100 as a recording medium. SOLUTION: An RFID 105 is provided in the optical disk 100, and peculiar unique ID is stored during manufacturing. An RF module 201 is provided in the information recording and reproduction device 200, then communication with the RFID 105 is performed. When the optical disk 100 is loaded, the information recording and reproduction device 200 obtains the management information of the optical disk 100 based on the unique ID obtained by the communication.
