FIRE ALARM FOR DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in order to cooperatively operate a plurality of fire alarms installed in a conventional dwelling house, wired connection or wireless connection should be inevitable. SOLUTION: The fire alarm for a dwelling house includes: a fire detecting unit to detect fire, a warning unit to generate a warning sound; and a warning control unit to activate the warning unit according to detected signal by the fire detecting unit. The fire alarm also includes a sound receiver to collect sound around the fire alarm for a dwelling house and a detecting means for detecting the operating status of warning units of other fire alarms by extracting features of generated sounds by other fire alarms from collected sounds by the sound receiver. Accordingly, the warning control unit is configured to control the warning unit according to the detected signal by the detecting means for detecting the operating status of warning unit and the warning sound which is inherent to the fire alarm for a dwelling house can be used as a connecting means.
