METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PREDICTING DAMAGE BY SUFFERING OF FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict damage including a leakage situation or a diffusion situation of soil pollutant inside a facility in addition to damage of the facility itself by a suffering. SOLUTION: A system for predicting the damage by the suffering of the facility includes a land information database having land information 7 related to a land wherein the facility is built, and includes a facility information database having facility information 8 including structural information 8a of the facility and holding information 8b of the soil pollutant inside the facility. In the system, a disaster is assumed, a destruction degree H that is a degree at which the facility is destructed by the disaster is calculated based on the facility information 8, a situation that the soil pollutant is leaked to the land from the facility and is diffused by the disaster is calculated based on the land information 7, the facility information 8, and the destruction degree H, and soil pollution by the soil pollutant is predicted.
