Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition as a black resist material excellent in adhesiveness of a pattern, and to provide a photosensitive film, a photosensitive laminate, a method of forming a permanent pattern, and a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition includes a binder, a photopolymerization initiator, a polymerizable compound, an electron accepting compound, and an electron donating colorless dye that does not react with the electron accepting compound to develop a color during storage, while when heated, reacts with the electron accepting compound to develop a color. In a preferred embodiment, the electron donating colorless dye has at least one of a phthalide chromophore, a fluoran chromophore and a phenothiazine chromophore. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
