Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight antivibration mount for a motor having high thermal conductivity, and simple structure. SOLUTION: The antivibration mount 1 for the motor is interposed between a metallic high-temperature side bracket 91 and a metallic low-temperature side bracket 92, and is provided with a resin high-temperature side plate 2 abutting on the high-temperature side bracket 91, a resin low-temperature side plate 3 abutting on the low-temperature side bracket 92, and an elastic plate 4 made of a cross-link object of a rubber composition R, including a vibration control part 40 interposed between the high-temperature side plate 2 and low-temperature side plate 3 and cross-linkedly bonded to the high-temperature side plate 2 and low-temperature side plate 3 and a thermal conduction part 41 interposed between the high-temperature side bracket 91 and low-temperature side bracket 92 with the high-temperature side plate 2 and low-temperature side plate 3 excluded.
