SOLUTION: The Ti particle-dispersed magnesium-based composite material is obtained by uniformly dispersing titanium particles into the matrix of magnesium, and has a titanium-aluminum compound layer on the boundary between the titanium particles dispersed into the magnesium alloy matrix and the matrix.
