Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin lotion having excellent transparency, which is non-sticky, excellent in moisturizing, smoothing, slipping feeling of skin, and yet holds these effects for a long time. SOLUTION: The skin lotion contains a polyether modified silicone (A), a dicarboxylic acid ester (B), an alkylene glycol (C), and water (D), and is transparent wherein the polyether modified silicone of a constituent (A) is preferably a fluorine and polyether comodified silicone, and the dicarboxylic acid ester of a constituent (B) is preferably is an ester with a polyglycerine.
