Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the abrasion of a delivery member by reducing a collision sound when delivering a medium. SOLUTION: Projection 12 positioned on both sides of a picker roller 4 are arranged on an opposed surface with the picker roller 4 of a moving member 2. A void is generated between the moving member 2 and the medium 1 by pressing the medium 1 to the picker roller 4 by the projections 12 by the movement of the moving member 2, and the delivery member 9 of the picker roller 4 is prevented from hitting the moving member 2 even if the medium 1 on the moving member 2 is reduced.
