SOLUTION: Side plates 61b to 67b and 71b to 77b bent rearward are arranged at both side edges opposing guide rails 5, 5 coated plates 61a to 67a and 71a to 77a of coated members 61 to 67 and 71 to 77, and guide pieces 61c to 67c and 71c to 77c which extend along external faces of the side plates of the adjacent coated members, and guide a slide into moving directions of adjacent working units 2 are arranged at end edges of one-end sides in the moving directions of the working units 2 of the side plates 61b to 67b, 71b to 77b.
