Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device in which a floating mechanism is made compact and lightweight. SOLUTION: The fastening device has a socket 35 for holding a screw, and the socket 35 is rotated to fasten the screw. The fastening device is equipped with: a shaft part 32 rotated by a drive source 40; a cylindrical guide part 33; and a bit part 34 having the socket 35. The end side of the shaft part 32 is connected to the base end side of the guide part 33, and the base end side of the bit part 34 is inserted to the end side of the guide part 33. An outer circumferential surface of the bit part 34 and an inner circumferential surface of the guide part 33 are formed in such a way that the bit part 34 is loosely fitted to the guide part 33 to be movable in the direction intersecting the axial direction, while rotated to the rotation of the guide part 33.
