X-RAY CT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the transition time from a monitoring radiography mode to a practical radiography mode. SOLUTION: When the time to start the practical radiography mode is set based on the information of CT image data collected in the monitoring radiography mode for a subject dosed with a contrast agent, a system control part 13 sets conditions for the monitoring radiography mode and for the practical radiography mode input in an input part 12 for respective units in the X-ray CT apparatus 100 before the start of the monitoring radiography mode. Next, an update timing setting part 11 sets the update timing for updating the conditions for radiography in the monitoring radiography mode to conditions for radiography in the practical radiography mode according to the result of comparison of the CT value of the CT image data generated in time series by an image data generating part 4 with a prescribed threshold based on the conditions for radiography in the monitoring radiography mode. Then, the system control part 13 starts the radiography in the practical radiography mode based on the updated conditions for radiography in prescribed hours after the updated timing.
