NETWORK CONTROL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an idle area retrieval time of resources such as a time slot in line setting of each controlled apparatus. SOLUTION: A network control apparatus sets a line according to a table which manages the idle conditions of resources of the controlled apparatus, which serves as a line route, based on a designated line end point and a line speed. The network control apparatus includes pointer a management means that manages a maximum idle area pointer showing the head of the maximum idle area of the table, and a line setting means that sets a line using resources from a position which the maximum idle area pointer of the table indicates without checking the line speed when line setting is required.
