SOLAR CELL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which ensures a wide condensing area by maximizing a light absorbing area by anodic corrosion and ensures high light absorbance by prevent irregular reflection of light using a microsized hemispherical transparent electrode, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The solar cell includes: a substrate having a plurality of holes formed on one surface thereof; a metal layer formed on inner walls of the holes and on one surface of the substrate; a p-type semiconductor coated on the metal layer; an n-type semiconductor formed inside the holes and on one surface of the substrate; a transparent electrode formed on the n-type semiconductor; and an electrode terminal formed on the p-type semiconductor and on the transparent electrode.
