Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding filter which is made of aluminum and inexpensive, and contributes to moire improvement by improving a decrease in precision of a metal pattern, formed by chemical etching, the decrease being caused when a material of the metal pattern is changed from copper to inexpensive aluminum, and to make a multifunctional filter and an image display device inexpensive using the electromagnetic wave shielding filter. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding filter has an aluminum pattern 2 as the metal pattern on a transparent base, and satisfies 13
