SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery 10 includes the battery element 11 formed by laminating a positive electrode 13 and a negative electrode 14 through a separator 15, the battery can 18 which houses the battery element 11 and is sealed, the electrolyte 24 injected in the battery can 18.
