PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit allowing suppression of occurrence of noise of a digital circuit affecting operation of an analog circuit without taking out a signal from the analog circuit. SOLUTION: In this semiconductor integrated circuit 1000 mixedly mounted with the analog circuit 10 and the digital circuit 20, an estimation part 1 counts the number of clocks CKD for the digital circuit to estimate occurrence timing of an active edge of a clock CKA for the analog circuit, and a blocking part 2 blocks supply of the clock CKD for the digital circuit to the digital circuit 20 in a period including the occurrence timing estimated by the estimation part 1.
