Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lens sheet which stably forms a reflection layer on a surface opposite to the surface on which lenses are formed. SOLUTION: A plurality of cylindrical lenses 40 are formed on the face 31 of a base material 30. After the face 32 of the base material 30 is subjected to hydrophilization processing, uncured resin layers, which include photocurable resins having liquid-repellent properties, on the face 32. Parallel light is radiated from the cylindrical lens 40 side to cure the parts of the resin layers which are located on the optical axes of the cylindrical lenses. Then, the uncured parts of the resin layers are removed to form aperture layers 60, and a coating for a reflection layer is applied to the face 32 at which the aperture layers 60 are formed. In this case, the surfaces of the aperture layers 60 having liquid-repellent properties repel the coating for a reflection layer. On the contrary, the surface parts exposed between the adjacent aperture layers 60 firmly contact the coating for a reflection layer since the surface parts concerned are hydrophilized, and the stable reflection layers 60 are formed.
