Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of suppressing deviation of an axial center of each component and a method of manufacturing the bearing device. SOLUTION: The bearing device 10 is provided with a shaft 41 having a flange 44 formed thereon, a sleeve 43, a first rolling bearing 51 and a second rolling bearing 52. A first tapered portion 61 is formed on the boundary between the shaft 41 and the flange 44, and a second tapered portion 62 capable of abutting on the first tapered portion 61 is formed on an inner ring 51a of the first rolling bearing 51. A third tapered portion 63 and a fourth tapered portion 64 are formed between an inner peripheral face 45a of a spacer 45 arranged within the sleeve 43 and an inner peripheral face 43a of the sleeve 43. A fifth tapered portion 65 capable of abutting on the third tapered portion 63 is formed on an outer ring 51b of the first rolling bearing 51, and a sixth tapered portion 66 capable of abutting on the fourth tapered portion 64 is formed on an outer ring 52b of the second rolling bearing 52.
