Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing agent for a metal thermal-sprayed film which is low in effect (risk) on a human body during the manufacture and the coating, and excellent in adhesion with the metal thermal-sprayed film, water resistance and corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The metal thermal-sprayed film is sealed with the sealing agent, which contains binder resin and pigment. The binder resin consists of water-soluble amine resin hardening agent and hydrophobic liquid epoxy resin. The pigment consists of talc, and the talc of 5-20 mass% is contained in the composition of the sealing agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
