Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of an airbag and to restrain misalignment of the position for housing the airbag. SOLUTION: The airbag 50 is housed between a seat pad 46 and a cushion panel 24 made of a metal plate and constituting the bottom of a seat cushion 12 of a seat 10 for vehicle. This does not allow the cushion panel 24 to bend, through elastic deformation under the load of seating occupant, so largely as S spring or wire of the conventional art. Large tension does not apply to the airbag 50 thereby, and the durability of the airbag 50 is enhanced. In addition, since it is unnecessary to provide an allowance length beforehand in a strap and the airbag like the conventional art, the cushion panel 24 and the airbag 50, housed along the cushion panel 24, hardly undergo relative movement caused by an occupant's behavior, and the misalignment of the position for housing the airbag 50 is restrained.
