Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating lever device which enables the operating direction of the operating lever device to be visually confirmed, and to provide a game machine equipped with such operating lever device. SOLUTION: A pachislo 1 includes: a cylindrical shaft 100; a translucent hollow spherical knob 101 which is installed on the outer end of the shaft 100; knob side partitioning members 102A, 102B, 102C, 102D, 102E which divide inside of the knob 101 into several hollow areas 101A, 101B, 101C, 101D, 101E, respectively; and ultraviolet LED 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, 103E which irradiate the knob 101. The knob 101 is loaded with the operating lever device 6 containing fluorescing agents (white, yellow, green, blue and red) which produce different color for each hollow area.
