Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant food in which an inside dried food is evenly restored to the original state without forming excessive foams in an instant food packed in container for microwave oven cooking of soup-free fried noodles that are incorporated with water, cooked by a microwave oven and eaten without hot water draining. SOLUTION: The instant food packed in container for microwave oven cooking is evenly and excellently cooked by a microwave oven with suppressing production of excessive foams during microwave oven cooking by using a blowing agent. A combination of sodium bicarbonate and glucono delta lactone is preferable as the blowing agent.
