Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the timings of ON/OFF of a synchronous rectification element to reduce loss and heat generation of a synchronous rectification type full-wave rectifying circuit and improve the energy efficiency thereof. SOLUTION: A rectification controller includes a timing control circuit 200 for controlling the timings of ON/OFF of a synchronous rectification element. The timing control circuit 200 includes a first switch circuit SW1, a sampling capacitor CX, an inverter INV10 as a voltage inverter circuit, and a second switch SW2 provided between the input node and output node of the inverter INV10. As one example, after sampling a potential difference between the threshold voltage and rectification voltage Vout of the inverter by means of the sampling capacitor CX, the rectification voltage Vout is switched to an AC voltage VC1, and the rectification voltage Vout and the AC voltage VC1 are compared with the threshold voltage of the inverter as a reference to rapidly and accurately detect which is larger and which is smaller.
