SOLUTION: The delivery mechanism for washes includes: inner cages 10 holding articles to be washed 15; a cyclic movable carriage 20 carrying the set inner cages 10 by a cyclic process; placing bases 30-0 to 4 temporarily placing the inner cages 10 carried by the cyclic movable carriage 20; elevating bases 40 vertically moving the inner cages; and a carrier jig 50 receiving and carrying the inner cages 10 on the elevating base 40.
