SOLUTION: This compact portable electronic equipment has a light guide sheet 10 comprising a thermoplastic transparent elastomer interposed between an operation button 4 arranged on an outer wall face 2 of a casing 1 and a dome switch 7 on a printed board 6 inside the casing 1, is constituted to bond a reverse face of the button 4 to the light guide sheet 10 each other by bonding or pressure-sensitive adhesion, and to bring the light guide sheet 10 into direct contact with the dome switch 7, and further is provided with an LED 13 light-incident from an end edge 14 of the light guide sheet 10, in the end edge 14.
