Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular accelerator which statically compensates variation of tunes resulting from variation of a beam path when a charged particle beam is emitted outside from a circular accelerator and linearly changes the tunes and facilitates beam emitting adjustment. SOLUTION: An end pack 34 is arranged on a magnetic pole edge section 32 wherein the charged particle beam of a deflecting electromagnet 3 goes out and comes in, a first projection section 34a is arranged on an edge section 32a radially located outside rather than an equilibrium path 33a of a center energy beam, and a second projection section 34b is arranged on an edge section 32b radially located inside rather than the center equilibrium path 33a of the center energy beam. Betatron frequency vibrations having different acceleration energy are set up to be regular or linear to energy by arranging a connecting surface 34e for connecting between flat section end faces 34c, 34d of the first and second projection sections 34a, 34b by an arc curved line or an elliptical arc curved line.
