ALARM SUPPORT APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRESENTING MEASURE WHEN ALARM IS GIVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm support apparatus for quickly acquiring and presenting measures for an alarm independently of the experience of an operator or the like when the alarm is given. SOLUTION: The alarm support apparatus 1 includes: an instruction DB 18 made by storing conventional alarm handling instructions formed of a paper file in a database; a point acquisition means 12 for acquiring a cause, measures, kind, etc. of the alarm from the instruction DB 18 based on the input alarm; a kind determination means 14 for determining whether the input alarm indicates the cause or the alarm is related to another alarm based on the alarm kind acquired by the instruction acquisition means 12; an alarm pattern DB 19 for storing the combination of alarms generated for each trouble; an alarm pattern acquisition means 15 for acquiring a most appropriate alarm pattern from the alarm pattern DB 19 based on the input alarm; and a matching degree calculation means 16 for calculating a matching degree between the alarm input when the alarm pattern is acquired and the alarm generated in the trouble of the alarm pattern.
