APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CUTTING AND REMOVING UNDERGROUND OBSTACLE FROM GROUND SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for cutting and removing underground obstacles from ground surfaces and capable of removing any underground obstacles such as underground obstacles rigid in the underground due to the passage of time and corrosion and easily performing the removal work of underground obstacles in a small space (site). SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for cutting and removing underground obstacles from ground surfaces is constituted of a casing 2 having a freely elevating and lowering nozzle block 6 housed inside the casing and having at least one high pressure water jet nozzle; a chucking device 3 provided with a grip jack 10 for gripping the casing 2 by extending and contracting a chucking block 9 in directions intersecting with the longitudinal axis of the casing 2 at right angles; an oscillating frame 4 provided with an oscillating jack 14 for oscillating the casing 2 on its longitudinal axis; and a guide frame 5 provided with an elevating and lowering jack 17 for elevating and lowering the casing 2 gripped by the chucking device 3.
