The parallel link mechanism portion 7 has an upper part link 8, a lower part link 9, a first coupling link 10, and a second coupling link 11. A first front wheel 12 is rotatably mounted between coupling portions of the upper part link 8 and the lower part link 9 of the first coupling link 10.
