TELESCOPIC TYPE WRITING UTENSIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic type writing utensil which enables easy refill replacement and excellent operationality. SOLUTION: The telescopic type writing utensil W includes openings 11a, 11b formed on the upper and bottom ends thereof, a cylinder-like outer shaft 1 with a through-hole 11c penetrating the both ends formed thereon, an inner shaft 2 which is inserted into the through-hole 11c from the opening 11a at the upper end of the outer shaft 1 in a way to be freely put in or taken out and is stored in the outer shaft 1, and a refill 3 held on the inner shaft 2. Furthermore, a tab 23 is mounted on the upper end of the inner shaft 2. Additionally, the leading end 31 of the refill 3 is made to come out of the opening at the bottom end of the outer shaft 1 by turning the tab 23 to the approximately right angle.
