APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING STERILIZED WATER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING STERILIZED WATER USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing sterilized water which can automatically achieve an optimum mixing ratio when producing the sterilized water by mixing sodium hypochlorite etc., water, and dilute hydrochloric acid. SOLUTION: A main passage 2 having a water supply port 201 and a water discharge port 202 is equipped with a water valve 5 for controlling a flow rate of tap water supplied into the main passage 2, an electromagnetic valve 6 for controlling supply or interception of tap water into the main passage 2, and a water flow sensing means 7 for detecting a water flow of the tap water supplied into the main passage 2. A sodium hypochlorite mixing means 3 having a first chemical liquid sensor 304 and a first chemical liquid pump 303 and a dilute hydrochloric acid mixing means 4 having a second chemical liquid sensor 404 and a second chemical liquid pump 403 are connected on the downstream side of the water flow sensing means 7 in the main passage 2. A control means is installed which controls the operation of the electromagnetic valve 6, the first chemical liquid pump 303 and the second chemical liquid pump 403 according to sense signals from the water flow sensing means 7, the first chemical liquid sensor 304 and the second chemical liquid sensor 404.
