DEVICE FOR CRACKING FRUIT OF PERSIMMON AND APPARATUS FOR REMOVING EPICARP OF FRUIT OF PERSIMMON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cracking a fruit of persimmon, used for an apparatus for peeling the epicarp of the fruit of the persimmon, and for reducing time and effort required for the operation for peeling the epicarp of the fruit of the persimmon: and to provide the apparatus for removing the epicarp of the fruit of the persimmon. SOLUTION: The device 2 for cracking the fruit of the persimmon includes a supporting part 11 for supporting the fruit F of the persimmon, and a burner 12 for cracking at least the cuticule by radiating flame to the fruit F of the persimmon supported by the supporting part 11. The apparatus 6 for removing the epicarp of the fruit of the persimmon includes a disk 49 having a through-hole part 60 enabling the fruit F of the persimmon to pass through, and obtained by installing a tongue-shaped part 61 in the inside direction of the radial direction in the inner periphery of the through-hole part 60, and a rotationally driving means 64 for rotating the disk 49 around a nearly vertical central axis.
