SOLAR CELL HAVING COOLING CHANNEL, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded type wafer solar cell capable of improving a cooling channel, and capable of preventing an open circuit voltage from being lowered. SOLUTION: This solar cell 10 having a front face 12 including a first doped layer 18, a reverse face 14 including formed bodies 22 defining channels 16 between the front face and the reverse face, and further including a second doped layers 20 opposed to the front face 12 and positioned on at least some of surfaces of the channels 16, and a conductive layer 32 opposed to the front face and positioned on at least some of surfaces of the channels.
