Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition from which an optical information-recording medium having a light-transmitting layer having high hardness and being excellent in adhesion to polycarbonate and in low-hygroscopic property is obtained, and to provide the optical information-recording medium using a cured product of the curable composition in the light-transmitting layer. SOLUTION: The curable composition contains 0.1-10 pts.mass of a photoinitiator (D) based on 100 pts.mass of a monomer composition including 35-80 pts.mass of a urethane (meth)acrylate (A) obtained by reacting an isocyanate compound (a1), a polycarbonatediol (a2), and a (meth)acrylate (a3) containing a hydroxy group, 10-30 pts.mass of an isobornyl (meth)acrylate (B), and 10-35 pts.mass of a hydrophobic (meth)acrylate other than the urethane (meth)acrylate (A) and the isobornyl (meth)acrylate (B).
