FINE AGGREGATE PARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine aggregate particles containing a medicinal substance, having pharmacodynamic effects sustained over a long time, controlling the time in which pharmacodynamic effects are started and/or the period in which pharmacodynamic effects are sustained, by selecting the kinds of polymers contained, and having a several μm size, and to provide a method for producing the particles. SOLUTION: The method for producing fine aggregate particles includes contacting a polar solvent solution containing a polar group-containing (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer and a medicinal substance with a supercritical fluid, and aggregate particles obtained by dispersing the medicinal substance particles into a dispersed phase of the (meth)acrylic acid-based polymer containing the polar group are also provided.
