Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care composition which is excellent in spread of a composition, is not sticky and provides smooth skin tactility when being spread on a skin. SOLUTION: A polymer or a copolymer including methacryloyloxy ethyl phosphorylcholine having an average molecular weight of 100,000 to 1,000,000 as a constituent monomer, and polyethylene glycol and/or polyoxyethylene methyl glcoside having an average molecular weight of 100,000 to 5,000,000 are mixed. More preferably, methacryloyloxy ethyl phosphorylcholine-butyl methacrylate copolymer having an average molecular weight of 500,000 to 700,000 is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
