FILLING VALVE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling valve device having a container seal structure capable of preventing a large pressure from being applied to a seal packing by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the filling valve device consisting of a filling valve having a gripper 41 and a container mouth seal 43, the gripper 41 holding an empty PET bottle 8 is vertically moved relative to the filling valve, and the container mouth seal 43 of the filling valve is abutted on a container neck ring 8a to perform the gas sealing, and to fill the carbonated beverage. A sectional shape of the container mouth seal 43 has an inwardly directed lip shape to allow the filling valve to be flexible in the longitudinally axial direction at the inner circumference. When the beverage is filled, the inner side of the container mouth seal 43 is abutted on the neck ring part 8a, and the sealing force is applied to the PET bottle 8 and the container mouth seal 43 with the gas pressure applied during the filling operation.
