Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, a recording medium conveyer and an image quality determination method, capable of high-precision determination of image quality. SOLUTION: The image quality of an image on a transfer paper sheet after fixed is determined based on an input image data and an output image data of a detection result from an image detecting sensor unit. The transfer paper sheet formed with an image determined as a defective image, as a determination result, is discharged to the first paper sheet tray that is an abnormal recording medium discharge part, and the transfer paper sheet formed with an image determined as a normal image is discharged to the second paper sheet tray that is a normal recording medium discharge part.
