SOLUTION: Two holder binders 5 and 7 are attached along a reference line RL extended along the attaching surface 4 of a base 3. The holder binders 5 and 7 are configured by binding a plurality of card holders 9 housing the cards C for the card toy. As the card holder 9, the one is used which makes it possible to view the surface FS of the card C for the card toy, protects the card C for the card toy from frictional force and is capable of holding the card C for the card toy in an exchangeable manner.
