REMOTE CONTROL APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control apparatus that can be easily installed additionally to electrical equipment such as a base station device even if the electrical equipment has been installed already. SOLUTION: A remote control apparatus 10-2 includes: a mobile station that receives a radio communication signal via a telephone network 500 and outputs ringtones; a microphone that detects the ringtones from the mobile station and outputs a voice signal; a reset means that resets the operational state of an external device; and a control section that controls to reset the operational state of the external device through the reset means when receiving the voice signal from the microphone and determining that the voice signal is a predetermined voice signal.
