Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a signal from a registered mobile device even when the reception sensitivity at the base station becomes low. SOLUTION: The base station 1 includes a registered device control section 11 to control one or a plurality of mobile devices as a registered mobile device; a reception sensitivity control section 14 to determine reception sensitivity to a signal transmitted through an up link; and a paging signal transmission section 17 to transmit a paging signal to the registered mobile device. When no signal is detected from the registered mobile device for a prescribed period, the reception sensitivity control section 14 improves the reception sensitivity, and the paging signal transmission section 17 transmits a paging signal to the registered mobile device. The reception sensitivity control section 14 determines the reception sensitivity on the basis of the existence of response to the paging signal from the registered mobile device.
