SERVICE PROVIDING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system which provides voice services without using any radio wave or a quantity of cables under an environment where a plurality of seats are installed. SOLUTION: The service providing system 10 provides voice services to each user sitting on a seat 20 under an environment where the plurality of seats 20 are installed. The service providing system 10 includes: a headphone 22 for outputting voices corresponding to an input reproduced signal; a conductive mat 16 laid over a floor surface 11; a server-side field transmitter 14 causing the conductive mat 16 to generate an electric field corresponding to music to be provided to the user as an input field; and a receiving unit 18 for receiving the input field transferred via the conductive mat 16 and a surface of user's body, converting the input field into an electric signal, generating a reproduced signal corresponding to the electric signal and outputting it to the headphone 22.
