RECALLING METHOD FOR SWITCHING CELLULAR WIDE AREA COMMUNICATION NETWORK FROM LOCAL COMMUNICATION NETWORK IN CONSIDERATION OF CHARGING, MOBILE TERMINAL, CONTROLLER AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recalling method using a different communication switching sequence in consideration of charging processing in a mobile exchange station when a mobile terminal performs handover from a local communication network to a wide area communication network. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal performs call connection with a communication partner terminal by way of a controller via the local communication network, and stores a call connection starting state "call" or "incoming call" of the mobile terminal itself. Next, when the mobile terminal is switched from the local communication network to a cellular wide area communication network, position update is executed to a positional information management device via a cellular wide area communication network, and when the call connection starting state is "incoming call", a call request is transmitted to the controller via the local communication network. Next, when the controller receives a call request from the mobile terminal, a call is performed toward the mobile terminal via the cellular wide area communication network using the communication partner terminal as a caller, and the mobile exchange station charges the communication partner terminal. Then, the controller relays call connection with the communication partner terminal and call connection with the mobile terminal via the cellular wide area communication network.
