Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pass filter whose bandwidth is increased, a high frequency module, and communication equipment using the same. SOLUTION: In a laminate high-pass filter, an inductance element includes: first coil patterns Lhs 1b, Lhs 1d, Lhs 2b, Lhs 2d which are formed on a dielectric layer to constitute a coil exceeding 1/2 turns; and second coil patterns Lhs 1a, Lhs 1c, Lhs 2a, Lhs 2c which are formed on a dielectric layer different from that of the first coil patterns to constitute a coil exceeding 1/2 turns, one-side ends of the first and second coil patterns are serially connected to form a spiral coil, a first coil cross section which is formed when the first coil pattern is extended to one turn is smaller than a second coil cross section which is formed when the second coil pattern is extended to one turn, and the first coil cross section does not protrude from the second coil cross section when viewed from the lamination direction of a laminate substrate.
